Our No Questions Asked Return Policy

We know it's gamble buying beauty products online and we want to help. We created our No Questions Asked Return Policy to make it possible for everyone to try Isla. We believe you're going to love them, but if you aren't thrilled 10 days after delivery, simply forward us your order confirmation at hi@isla-beauty.com with a note about your return and we'll get the return process started, free of charge.

Unfortunately any returns initiated greater than 10 days following delivery of your package will not be accepted.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship exclusively throughout the USA. Located outside the USA but interested in buying? Email us at hi@isla-beauty.com or DM us at @islabeauty on Instagram.

We do not accept returns at this time. If you have problems with your product, please contact hi@isla-beauty.com and we will be there to assist you.

How long does my order take to arrive?

Orders placed before 11am EST each business day will ship the same day. If you placed your order after 12pm EST, your order will ship on the next business day. Our warehouse does not ship orders placed on weekends or public holidays until the next business day.

What shipping options do you offer?

Our standard shipping is sent via USPS and typically arrives within 4 – 6 days of order.

Our express option is sent via Fedex and typically arrives within 1 -2 days of order.
