Where are you stocked?
Currently all products are available via our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to all US states, Canada and the United Kingdom. Feel free to drop us a line at email@example.com and let us know where you want us to ship to next!
How can I return an item?
Products eligible for returns will be accepted up to 20 days after purchase. To initiate a return, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 5-10 business days of processing for amounts to reappear on your statement.
What if I have a problem with my order?
If you have any problems with your order, please contact email@example.com with your order number and the issue you are experiencing.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 11am EST each business day will ship the same day. If you placed your order after 12pm EST, your order will ship on the next business day. Our warehouse does not ship orders placed on weekends or public holidays until the next business day.
What shipping options do you offer?
Our standard shipping is sent via USPS and typically arrives within 4 – 6 days of order.
Fedex express option is sent via Fedex and typically arrives within 2 -3 days of order.
Fedex overnight will arrive within 1 - 2 days of order.
Can't locate my package.

Yes, all ISLA Beauty products are cruelty free. All of ISLA Beauty vendors and partners share this same standard. Animal welfare and ethical policies are fundamental values to our company.
Can I resell products?
No, you cannot resell our products. All products are for personal use only.
When will my credit card be charged?
You will be charged when your order is accepted and processed via our website.
