Are your products pregnancy & breastfeeding safe?

Yes. All of our ingredients are pregnancy and breastfeeding safe, though we always recommend discussing any specific concerns with your doctor.

Where do you manufacture?

Our products are manufactured in partnership with labs around the world. See individual product pages for more information and lab details.

Are your products clean?

While our products are considered clean by all commonly accepted standards, because there is a lack of regulation of this term, we prefer to speak in terms of safety and efficacy data. All of our products are safe to use, formulated without allergens and are formulated with the highest level of ingredient integrity. See individual product pages for more details.

Do all of your products need to be used together?

No. Our products are sold individually and can be used individually or together as part of your overall routine.

Are your prodcuts cruelty free and do you test on animals?

All Isla Beauty products are cruelty free and we do not test on animals. All of our vendors and partners share this same standard. Animal welfare and ethical policies are fundamental values to our company.


What shipping options do you offer?

Our standard shipping is sent via USPS and typically arrives within 4 – 6 days of order. 

Fedex express typically arrives within 2 -3 days of order. 

Fedex overnight will arrive within 1 day of orders placed before 12pm CST and within 2 days of orders placed after 12pm CST.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders of $80 or more.

Do you offer returns?

At this time, we only accept return requests within 5 days of order for product that arrives damaged. If you have a problem with your order, please email and we will try to help you find a solution.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Orders placed before 11am EST each business day will ship the same day. If you placed your order after 12pm EST, your order will ship on the next business day. Our warehouse does not ship orders placed on weekends or public holidays until the next business day.

Can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped please reach out to and we will do our best to assist you.

What payment forms do you accept?

We currently accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Paypal paymen ts. We are also integrated with Shop Pay for pay over time options. See more at checkout.

Can I exchange my purchase?
